Return Policy

We take pride in offering a good customer service and always take extra care in offering quality hair and service to our customers.

No refunds or exchange would be giving due to health and safety if product has been opened or when customer chooses to cancel their order once it’s been shipped. Exchange would be giving if customers receive a damaged product or receives no product at all. Damaged and non recieved product claim can take up to 14days to be processed with prove from customers.

Junebug’s World Ltd would not take liability for customer’s error in address or name so we advise all customer’s to please review all their personal information and making sure they are correct before placing their order.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges in their country, if a customer is not available to receive their order and it’s been sent back by the carrier, the customer will have to pay another shipping fee to get the order to resend.
